In their season home opener, the KRS Crane midget Kings pulled off a 9-4 win over the Midland Braves in lacrosse action.
The Braves kept it tight for the first two periods, but the Kings answered back with some solid team work.
Point getters were Kole Scott (5g,1a), Jordan Roberts (1g,1a), Tyler Burnie (1g,3a), Parker Twyman (1g), Gray Sleep-Carnahan (1g,1a), Sam Campbell (3a), Ethan Quarrington (1a) and Michael Montgomery (2a).
Logan Matthews was in net for the win.
The Kings’ next home game, at the West Orillia Sports Complex, will take place May 21 at 8 p.m., when they take on Barrie Blizzard #2.
