We will not be providing paper copies of Rules, Schedules, Arena Maps, etc. They will be posted in the Tournament Headquarters room at our two venues:

Manager Check-in:
1. Each manager will receive a team package at check-in.
2. Your check-in location will be the same location as your first game.
3. Each team package will include a Cinch bag with some coupons for each player.
4. Reminder to have the proper players cards in paper form (no digital versions will be accepted) for all players, coaches, trainers, APs, etc.
5. Please also bring enough copies of any goaltender exemption forms to attach to each of the game sheets that you fill out.
6. Boston Pizza has donated a coupon to the MVP, of each game, for each team throughout the tourney.
Raffles / Vendors / Concessions
a) At Oro Medonte arena we will be running both a raffle and silent auction and a Concession both run by Orillia Minor Lacrosse, we would appreciate your support.
b) SummerSkates.com has donated a team set of SummerSkates for one Tyke or Novice Team at the Oro Medonte arena and a draw also for one team set for one Peewee, Bantam or Midget team at the Rama MASK arena.
c) Summerskates have also donated a pair of SummerSkates to the MVP of all the Championship games.
d) Vendors: Molly Mouthguards, Defender Nets, Tapp’s T-shirts and Hogtown Lacrosse will be spending days at both Oro Medonte and Rama MASK
Please remember and communicate to your bench, players and parents that this is a volunteer run tournament. We will have local conveners at Rama MASK and Oro Medonte Community Center.
Our conveners are there to help facilitate the tournament, they are not there to address or resolve issues. They will be happy to listen to your concerns and direct you to a person to assist you.
