St. James U13-2 Kings Triumph Over Hitmen
In their second road trip of the season, The St. James' U13-2 team travelled to Stayner to challenge the Hitmen on their home turf, coming out on top with a 5-1 final score.
Ending the first period with a narrow 1-0 lead, the Kings used rock solid goaltending, consistent defensive play and multiple offensive weapons to add two more goals in each of the second and third periods. Nine players found themselves on the scoresheet, once again emphasizing the Kings' focus on a team approach to the game.
Congratulations to the players and coaches on another successful contest. Good luck next week with your next road game, squaring off with the Huntsville Hawks at the Canada Summit Centre on May 28th.
