Soft Lacrosse

Soft Lacrosse is an introduction to lacrosse for players who are or will be turning 4 during the current season. Players are introduced to basic lacrosse skills through small group instruction and skill building games. Soft lacrosse is a non-contact program which allows our youngest players to develop a love for the game in a safe and fun environment. Only a helmet with a cage, a stick, a mouthguard and running shoes are required but players are more than welcome to wear full lacrosse gear if they choose.
The Soft Lacrosse Program will run Thursday nights from the end of April through to the end of June. Sessions are 45 minutes long.
Soft players will receive a coupon for a free lacrosse stick at registration.

Paperweight Lacrosse

Paperweight House League will run at Rotary Place on Monday evenings from mid-April through to the end of June. Paperweight is non contact and weekly sessions involve team practice time as well as modified games.
Second year Paperweight players can also choose to join an introductory Rep Program. The program is open to all registered second year players and will include additional practices and games with other centers.
New Paperweight players receive a coupon for a free lacrosse stick at registration.

Tyke & Novice Lacrosse

The House League Program is a no body contact program of combined skills and games. These hour long programs run Tuesday nights weekly from the mid April to the end of June.
Teams may change over the course of the season in order to ensure they are equally balanced in skill and numbers.

Peewee Larosse

This House League Program will include limited body contact and will run with a shot clock.
Peewee will run on Mondays nights at Rotary and weekly sessions will include team development as well as games.
Teams may change over the course of the season in order to ensure they are equally balanced in skill and numbers.
