Orillia's U9 field lacrosse team kicks off season
Orillia’s U9 field lacrosse team kicked off its season at Birchmount Park in Scarborough this weekend where they earned two wins.In their opening game, Orillia dominated the field in a 16-1 win over Burlington 2. Points for the Kings went to: Zeke Neely (9G), Adam Trumble (3G), Devun Colebrook (2G), Evan Gliddon (1G,1A) and Zachary Clarke (1G,4A). Caden Carroll was strong in net.In their second match of the day, the Kings defeated Beaches 2 11-1. Earning points for Orillia were: Neely (5G,1A), Carroll (4G), Lucas Lynch (1G), Trumble (1G) and Gliddon (1A). Colebrook had an excellent game in net.
