BMG Aluminum + Glass U11 Kings Win Gold!!!
Last weekend, Orillia hosted the Boyd Balkwill Memorial Tournament. The U11 Kings entered this tournament with one goal in mind - Win our Home Tournament!
Winning 4 straight round robin games against Orangeville Northmen 2 (10-4), Six Nations 2 (6-1), Sudbury Rockhounds (4-2) and the Windsor Warlocks (6-4), the Kings were off to the finals with a rematch against the Sudbury Rockhounds.
After an intense back and forth three periods, the score was 4-4. With an exciting overtime, the U11 Kings accomplished their goal of the weekend, scoring the winning goal!
